About NPS
Working exclusively
for buyers
Noosa Property Scout works exclusively for buyers across Noosa and the surrounding areas, helping people understand the properties they're considering and make informed buying decisions.
Why NPS exists
Buying property involves more than finding an opportunity. It means knowing what matters to you, understanding the property in front of you and having someone firmly on your side throughout the process.

Ross
My path to buyer advocacy isn't a conventional one. I've worked across construction, building certification, local government and property. Together, these fields have shaped how I assess property for my clients today.
Property involves many factors, and not all of them are immediately obvious. My experience across different parts of the industry helps clients navigate planning controls, construction, site conditions, surrounding development and the practical realities of ownership without having to work through everything alone.
My role is to look beyond what's immediately visible, ask the right questions and make sure the necessary searches and due diligence are completed. I then explain what matters so each buyer can better understand the property and decide whether it suits them.
Giving back
At Noosa Property Scout, giving back is part of doing business well.
A portion of every successful settlement is donated to a not-for-profit organisation chosen by the client. If there's a cause that's meaningful to you, that's where the donation will go.
Otherwise, donations support Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) organisations working across environmental conservation, community wellbeing and other causes within the Noosa region.
It's a small way for each successful purchase to contribute something back to the region.
