I actively search for suitable properties, engage with local selling agents and surface opportunities that may not always be visible on public portals.

Each shortlisted property is assessed against your brief, market value and long term suitability, not emotional appeal alone. The pace is guided by market conditions and your readiness, not artificial deadlines.

Due Diligence and Negotiation

I analyse comparable sales, assess pricing, coordinate inspections and identify potential risks or red flags. When you're ready to move forward, negotiations are handled calmly and strategically, focused on fair value and favourable terms rather than rushed outcomes.

I am paid solely by you. This means advice remains independent and aligned with your interests at every stage, with no incentive to transact quickly.

Contract Support and Settlement

Through to completion

I work alongside your solicitor and other professionals to ensure key steps are completed correctly and on time. Support extends through settlement and, where required, beyond.
