Full Buyer Advocacy

From search to settlement. And every decision in between.

Buying property can feel overwhelming when you're balancing emotion, time and a significant financial decision.

I work alongside you throughout the purchase, helping define your brief, identify suitable opportunities, inspect and assess properties, undertake due diligence, negotiate on your behalf and coordinate the process through to settlement.

You will have one experienced adviser focused solely on your interests from beginning to end.

Targeted Advice & Assessments

Independent advice. Exactly where you need it.

Not every buyer needs full representation. You may have already found a property and want an experienced second opinion, or need help with planning constraints, due diligence, negotiation or understanding a particular area.

Support can range from a single conversation to ongoing assistance, depending on what you need.

Working Together

A shared process. Considered decisions.

01

Discover

Every relationship starts with a conversation about what you're looking for, what matters to you and where you are in the buying process. It is also an opportunity to decide whether I am the right person to help.

02

Scout

I'll help define a clear brief, then search advertised and private opportunities for properties that genuinely suit your goals.

03

Evaluate

Each shortlisted property is assessed beyond the marketing. This may include construction, planning controls, flood mapping, comparable sales, title considerations and other factors that could affect its suitability or the realities of ownership. You will understand both the strengths and limitations before deciding whether to proceed.

04

Secure

If you decide to proceed, I'll manage the negotiation with patience and strategy, focused solely on your interests.

05

Support

I'll continue working alongside you through due diligence, contract conditions and settlement, coordinating with your solicitor, broker and other professionals where needed.

What I don't do

Independence means saying no to some things

Independent advice isn't about convincing you to buy. It is about helping you understand the property and decide whether it suits your circumstances.

  • Create urgency or pressure you into making a rushed decision
  • Recommend a property simply to secure a transaction
  • Tell you what you want to hear if it isn't in your best interests
  • Take on a client if I don't believe I'm the right fit

My responsibility is to give honest advice, even when that advice is to wait or walk away.

How fees work

Simple, transparent fees. No commissions.

My fees are fixed, transparent and agreed upfront before any work begins.

I don't charge a percentage of the purchase price. I don't accept commissions. I don't receive referral incentives.

That means my advice isn't influenced by what you buy or how much you spend.

My incentive is simple: helping you make the right property decision for your circumstances.

As part of that commitment, a portion of every successful settlement also supports environmental and community organisations.
